What time is check-in?
Check-in time is after midday.
When do we have to check out?
Checkout is by 11.00 on the day of departure.
Is the price per room or per person?
The rate is per room, per night and includes breakfast, service
and taxes.
Is breakfast included in the price and what type
of breakfast?
Breakfast is included with the price when you book
online. Our breakfast consists of warm croissants,
capicollo, and cappuccino/espresso.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSi)
and Bancomat. Bank cheques are not accepted.
Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and of course Italian.
How many floors are there in the building?
4 floors.
Do you have a lift in the building?
No, unfortunately not.
Is there a TV in the room?
No, unfortunately not.
Is there a telephone in the room?
Yes, there is.
Is there a swimming pool?
No, but Venice is not short of water if you fancy a swim.
Are parking facilities available?
Yes, guests at our hotel can get a discount for the San Marco
Garage in Piazzale Roma. Just leave us a note in the comments
box when booking.
Are the water-bus stops near?
Yes, they are about 200m away.
What is the nearest airport?
Marco Polo (Venice) Airport.
Where is the nearest bus-stop?
Several bus stops are close to the hotel due to its central
location.
What is the nearest railway station?
Santa Lucia Railway Station.
Are pets welcome?
Small pets are welcome.
Is there a restaurant?
No, but we will gladly recommend one.
Is it possible to make reservations online?
Yes, it is. All bookings made online will be confirmed instantly,
i.e. in real time, and guaranteed unless
you wish to cancel. Visit our real
time bookings page for special offers and last
minute deals.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. If you change your mind at a later date, let us know
at least 2 days before you are due to arrive
and we will cancel your booking free of charge. After this
cut-off point there’s a charge of the first night of
your booking.
Is there a baggage deposit?
Yes, there is. If you arrive before check-in time you can
leave your luggage with us in Reception and go and do something
else until your room is ready. Likewise, when you leave you
can leave your bags with us but they must be collected by
10.00pm. |
